What are the benefits of eServices?

eServices are free and effortless for the policyholder, plus they save time and money when administering and using member dental and eye care benefits.

eServices allow policyholders and benefit administrators to make member eligibility changes in real-time. Groups that take advantage of some of our eServices options, such as eCert, automatically save money on their monthly rates.

What types of eServices are available?

eEnroll Plus: This eService is known as do-it-yourself enrollment for members. This is a hands-off service for the benefits administrator.  Utilizing the service is easy:  the policyholder works with us to establish user names and passwords for members, the members enroll themselves online and the benefit administrator approves enrollment (optional). No signing. No sorting. No mailing paperwork.

eEnroll:  This is an eService that gives our policyholder a hands-on tool to enroll, change, or terminate member coverage in real-time. Administrators are able to view member coverage status, including effective dates and dependent coverage levels. Policyholders can verify and update information prior to receiving monthly bills.  Once they become a part of eEnroll they also gain access to eBill.

eBill & Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): Simple billing one of the benefits of eServices. The key features include “Bill Me.” and “Pay Bill.”

“Bill Me.” provides policyholders the option of choosing when they would like to receive their bill. After updating all member information, the benefits administrator simply has to order their bill by clicking on the “Bill Me.” icon. The following business day they will receive an e-mail confirming the bill is ready.

“Pay Bill.” also enables policyholders to pay bills online through Electronic Funds Transfer. Policyholders have access to 12 months of billing history (no paper bill is mailed with the eBill option).

Electronic Data File Transfer:  If a policy has more than 250 members, Electronic Data File (EDF) Transfer is available. This allows benefit administrators to transfer enrollment information straight from their payroll system to an Electronic Data File. The file is transmitted to our secure server weekly or monthly, whichever works best for the benefit administrator.

eCert & ePolicy: These eServices give policyholders the availability to view, distribute, and print dental and eye care policies and certificates. To distribute certificates electronically, the policyholder can download the PDF files and attach them to e-mails or post them on a company intranet.

How do I sign up for eServices?

There is a link to the eServices Agreement on the Benefit Administrator Home page.  Simply complete and submit to receive eServices.

What should I do if I get the message “Your Credentials Cannot Be Verified?”

Make sure your CAPS LOCK is not on when entering your User ID and Password.  If you still receive the same message, contact us at 800-628-8889.

If I am signed up for eBill, how will I receive my bill?

You will receive an e-mail message when your bill is ready for review and you can access your bill online.  You can also access up to 12 months of billing history and download your monthly statements into Excel and/or PDF format.   A paper copy of the bill will not be mailed.
