Ameritas Group offers several quality eye care plans from two premier national carriers, VSP and EyeMed. Each carrier provides its own large, nationwide panel of qualified providers. Visit a network provider to take advantage of in-network savings.
VSP
If you are insured under our VSP Focus® or Flex ESM (VSP) eye care plan, use the VSP network to locate a provider in your area.
EyeMed
If you are insured under our EyeMed ViewPointeSM eye care plan that features the EyeMed VisionCare Access, Select or PLUS networks, choose an EyeMed provider in your area.
